Marsha – Office Manager
Marsha is an Indiana native but has resided in Arizona for more than 30 years.   With more than twenty years of knowledge in orthodontics and dentistry, Marsha is more than happy to answer any of your questions.  She enjoys getting to know all our patients and their families and wants the office to be a warm and friendly environment.  In her free time, Marsha enjoys playing golf and pickleball.  She is also an avid sports fan who roots for the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns.

Amber – Orthodontic Assistant
Amber was born and raised in Camp Verde, Arizona.   Before making the switch to orthodontics in 2007, Amber worked in general dentistry for five years.  Her favorite part about orthodontics is taking part in such a positive and transforming moment in people’s lives.  Outside of work, Amber enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking and softball.  Amber recently started running and has completed three half marathons and a full marathon in the last two years! 

Arlene (Reiko) – Financial Coordinator
Reiko was also born in Arizona and has more than 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field.  Orthodontics is actually family passion; her brother was an orthodontist for over thirty years.  Reiko’s favorite part of her job is having the opportunity to watch patients grow up and later bring their own children to the practice.  Reiko is happy to help you with scheduling an appointment or answering your questions.

Karen M – Orthodontic Lab Technician
In her more than thirty years in the orthodontic field, Karen has worked in almost every facet of the profession but now favors to help the practice in the laboratory.  Karen is responsible for creating all of our appliances and has the creativity to turn your retainer designs into reality!  She is the creative genius behind most of our unique contests.  In her time away from work, she likes finding antiques, collectibles, and jewelry.

Karen Y – Patient Coordinator
Originally from Ohio, Karen has been in the field of orthodontics since birth (her father was an orthodontic lab technician).  With her widespread experience in all areas of orthodontics including treatment coordinating, insurance, assisting, financial and front office, Karen is glad to assist you with questions concerning all aspects of your orthodontic treatment.  When outside of the office, Karen enjoys making jewelry utilizing all kinds of different beads and materials.  Many of the pieces she wears are her own creations.

Liz – Orthodontic Assistant
Liz has worked in the orthodontic field for over 20 years.  Her wide-ranging experience as a clinical assistant gives patients the confidence that they are getting the best treatment possible.  Liz has been married to her husband, Chuck for many years.  She has 2 grown daughters and 2 stepsons.  She spends most of her free time helping with her grandson Andrew, who keeps her busier than she could have ever imagined!  Liz also walked her first half marathon this year!

Melissa – Orthodontic Assistant
Melissa has been an orthodontic assistant for over 15 years.  Her favorite part of her job is the relationships she has built with her patients and their families over the years.  Melissa is happily married to her husband, Fernando and has two stepsons and two grandchildren.  In her free time, she enjoys walking, hiking, step aerobics and yoga.  Melissa has walked two half marathons in the last two years!
